Chris's favorite food is pizza, and when it comes to music, she enjoys just about every genre. No matter what's playing, you'll likely find her out on the dance floor! If she could have any superpower, she would choose the ability to travel back in time.
Summer is Chris's favorite season because she loves spending time outdoors and soaking up the warm weather. She grew up in Green Bay, and one of her fondest childhood memories is watching all the cars heading to the Packers games, bringing so much excitement to the city.
If Chris could share one piece of advice, it would be, "Don't sweat the small stuff." She is the proud mother of two daughters and has one grandchild who brings her great joy.
What Chris enjoys most about Tender Hearts is the kindness of everyone around her. She appreciates the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the caring people who make it feel like home.

Shayna has been with our team for a little over a year. Her favorite part of working at the facility is the residents and staff, who have become like family to her.
She has lived around the Green Bay area since she was 18 and has been with her fiancé for about six years. She is the proud mom of a daughter and stepdaughter and is very family-oriented. Although she doesn't currently have any pets, she cherished her cat, Maddie, for many years.
Shayna's passion for healthcare began when she cared for her grandfather during his battle with throat and mouth cancer. One thing many people may not know is that she placed her oldest daughter for adoption when she was 19. They continue to have a wonderful relationship, and her daughter even carries Shayna's last name as her middle name.
In her free time, Shayna enjoys relaxing at home with her family, visiting her oldest daughter, going up north, and spending time at work with the people she enjoys. Her advice to her coworkers is, "Keep pushing no matter how hard it may seem or get, and don't give up on what you believe in." In the next 10 years, she hopes to continue growing within the company.
