Just because you need some help with day-to-day activities doesn’t mean you need to slow down. Our personalized approach to assisted living means making sure every resident has the support they need to stay engaged in the things they love to do.
We offer a morning exercise program throughout the week. Participate by sitting and following our activity directions to get a full-body workout to the best of your ability while staying safe.

Meet our Resident of the Month, Larry! We are so happy to celebrate him and share a little more about the wonderful person he is.
Larry's favorite food is a classic combination: steak and a baked potato! When it comes to music, he loves rock and roll, and you can bet that his favorite songs are sure to get him out on the dance floor.
If Larry could have one superpower, he would choose to be young again and healthy enough to go home. Of the four seasons, fall is his favorite because he enjoys seeing all the beautiful colors.
Larry grew up in Waupaca County, and one of his fondest childhood memories is Christmas time. If he could give anyone a piece of advice, it would be simple but meaningful: "Don't hurry to grow up."
Larry is a proud father of six children and has too many grandchildren to count! When asked what he likes most about Tender Hearts, his answer says it all—he appreciates knowing that he is always taken care of. We are so grateful to have Larry as part of our Tender Hearts family!

Jen has been part of our team for almost four years. What she enjoys most about working here is the strong sense of community and the daily social connections she shares with residents and coworkers.
Jen grew up in Green Bay and also lived in Connecticut before eventually moving back home. She is a proud mom to two daughters, ages 18 and 13, and a grandmother to one grandson. Her family also includes her mom, who is an important part of her life.
Jen chose a career in healthcare because she loves helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, road trips, and making memories with the people she loves. A fun fact about Jen is that she is a big fan of country music, especially Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson!
Her advice to her coworkers is that "teamwork and collaboration is a wonderful thing and can be achieved."
Looking ahead 10 years, Jen hopes to have built a strong foundation for her family and live with no worries.
